WPC products are made of material containing wood or bio-waste and polymers, most often combined in a ratio of 60% wood fibers, 30% polyethylene (HDPE) and 10% additives and stabilisers.
The greatest advantage of WPC materials is that they retain the best properties of wood (pleasant to the touch, have a natural look) and at the same time carry the strength and durability of polyethylene. Unlike actual wood, it is not necessary to impregnate, paint or treat it with any preparations. An additional advantage of WPC materials is that they only require basic cleaning to look good. They are not affected by sun, rain, atmospheric influences, they are resistant to ultraviolet rays, as well as to the effects of mold, insects and moisture.
Solid decking Deckplast SD is a reinforced flooring designed for high-traffic public places. This decking offers great strength, which is why it is preferred for commercial applications and spaces that will be subject to loads and high traffic. Due to its solid form, this type of decking is particularly suitable for round pools, curved and irregularly shaped spaces, as it can be cut to any shape. Since the boards are uniformly colored, the cut ends will be of the same color as the decking. This eliminates the need for finishing profiles. The decking boards are slip resistant , easy to clean and require very little maintenance. The advantage of the decking is that the boards do not rot, chip, break, twist or warp, they do not need painting, varnishing, oiling or any other annual maintenance.
